Our Space is a cash-based physical therapy practice which means that I am out of network with all insurance providers. Payment is due at time of service via cash, Venmo or card. If you would like to use your insurance, I can provide you with a "Super Bill" which may allow you to receive full or partial reimbursement from your insurance provider depending on your individual plan.

Services are provided in your home (or in another appropriate location of your choosing). Following the initial evaluation, you may choose to continue follow-up session in-person or transition to zoom sessions.
